Hollande returns to France after attack

FRENCH President Francois Hollande has cut short his participation in the European Council summit in Brussels to return to Paris, after the terrorist attack of Isere.
HE is now calling for a high level defence council meeting at the Elysee Palace.
"It is a terror attack. There is no doubt about it," Hollande said regarding the attack on a factory in the southeastern French department of Isere, where a person has been decapitated. The French president also confirmed that the suspect has been arrested and identified and measures have been taken to prevent further terrorist operations. "The intent was, without doubt, to cause an explosion. It was a terrorist attack," Hollande said in a news conference before moving to Paris. He noted that "there is one dead and two injured" so far as a result of the attack.
