TWO stunt motorcyclists have been taken to a UK hospital after colliding in mid-air during a "thunderball" performance.
AUDIENCE members had to be evacuated after the crash at Uncle Sam's Great American Circus in Chantry Park, Ipswich, eastern England.
The men were taking part in a Wall of Death-style performance when the incident happened. Medics from East Anglia Air Ambulance treated the men before they were taken by ambulance to Ipswich Hospital. They are said to be in a stable condition. The circus posted a statement on its Facebook page saying: "To all our audience from the 4.30pm show today, we would just like to thank you all for your support during the accident with our thunderball riders."
